Program Manager Behavioral Health (EBCAP0483)

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Program Manager for our Behavioral Health Services Division at our 2 Old County Road location in Barrington, RI. The successful candidate will promote our Integrated Health Home clients' ability to function independently, improve the quality of their lives through extensive coordination of medical, behavioral health, dental, and/or specialist care, and improve their ability to access other supportive services within EBCAP and the community.
Due to the critical nature of this position to both the community and the organization, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus totaling $500.
The Program Manager will direct a multidisciplinary clinical and rehabilitative staff engaged in the coordination of health home activities and the delivery of intensive community-based services to an adult population living with severe and persistent mental illness and/or addictions. He/she will provide leadership and direction regarding the development of health services plans of the treatment plan meetings, monitor each consumer's status and response to health coordination and prevention activities; and provide feedback regarding staff performance. The successful candidate will provide direction to staff regarding individual cases and supervise members of the health home team in the development of wellness and prevention initiatives and health education groups. He/she will participate in daily organizational meetings to monitor clients' clinical status and response to treatment, rehabilitation and support services; lead treatment planning meetings; schedule regular meetings with individual staff members to review cases, evaluate performance and give feedback, regularly review staff documentation (i.e. progress notes, assessments, treatment plans and reviews).
The successful candidate must have a Master's Degree in Human Services or licensed as a Registered Nurse (minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required). Waiver from BHDDH regarding educational requirement may be obtained for an individual with a different level of educational degree AND extensive and documented direct care experience. With required educational degree or nursing license, a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years post-graduate clinical experience in community support population required. He/she must have superior leadership and demonstrated management skills to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and community representatives in a professional and respectful manner. Bi-lingual ability a plus, however, not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
