The Communications Engagement Specialist, in alignment with ShapeUp s Marketing standards for brand, voice, messaging and positioning, will develop effective communications that support program promotion and sustained engagement. With an unwavering focus on quality, this role will support the Client Success team in the development of the client communication calendar and all assets that support year-round platform engagement. Acting as a key member of the team, this role will be responsible for elevating participant communications standards to ensure delivery of accurately configured, error-free assets.
Responsibilities
Own alignment with assigned ShapeUp Marketing Communications resource to provide consistent voice across content created
Using a personable and approachable voice and writing style, create participant marketing communications that reach and engage ShapeUp participants using a variety of different media.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer engagement when creating client communication plans and assets
With confidence and a relatable voice, create recorded webinars, in concert with the Account Manager, that are used as client-facing promotional / engagement vehicles
Write, format and distribute webinar invites
Draft, edit and proof all client communications to ensure flawless execution
Engage cross-functional subject matter experts (Product/Marketing/Tech) to ensure content is appropriately represented
Provide insight and draft messaging for client-facing impact issues

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
